Paul has a lot of knowledge about how the new tech appliances work, but he needs to work on his concept of time.

Very disappointed!! Our washer was leaking water from the bottom so we contacted home advisor. Paul from spectrum contacted us. Even though he showed up late he seemed very pleasant and helpful. Do not be fooled! He had to order the part for the washer and said he fixed it temporarily until the part got here. After confirming our appointment time with him. He never showed up. No call. Nothing. We paid him for his time and the part. Our washer is leaking worse and we have tried numerous times to establish contact with paul. No answer. No txt. You can not leave a voicemail because his mailbox is full. Paul is excellent at lying and deception and asking for your five stars, knowing he has no intention of earning them. My mother-in-law gave him a generous 5star rating to help him build his business and he never returned to hold up his end of the deal. Upon looking more carefully at his reviews it seems that even though he has been given 5stars he is lacking a 5 star business ethnic.

They have tons of knowledge

The work was good. The communication was terrible. My confirmation stated an arrival time between 4:30 and 5:30 AM! I emailed back twice and got no response. I didn't confirm on the Home Advisor page, so I guess I fell out of the loop. Maybe it's the nature of the HA system, and maybe I should be giving HA the poor customer service rating. I'm not sure. Paul finally came over at 10 pm, which was ok with me but probably not so much for him. He did a fine job in a reasonable amount of time.

Paul did an amazing job! We are so thankful that we used him for our services! Most importantly, he did not leave a mess!

Very professional, polite, respectful, great communicator, reasonably priced, trustworthy and helpful.

Technician came late in evening even though he had traffic problems preventing him from arriving at scheduled time. He did a fix that got us by but he did not have fittings in truck to do a more permanent job. So we ll now have to pay for another job to get the work finished. Paul was a Very good service technician.

Paul installed my home theater surround sound system that was in my previous home and it sounds much better now. Simply incredible and with two less speakers than before. He is very talented and top notch in every way. I could not be more pleased. Thank you Paul!

I had a TV mounted. Paul H. was personable and knowledgeable. He mounted my TV and programmed it as well as the remote. He was also thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Spectrum Technologies to anyone. Paul will not disappoint and will do an excellent job.

Paul was both professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my freezer With no problem. He has an amazing and extremely thorough understanding of refrigeration systems. He was also able to take care of some minor plumbing issues while he was here at the same time I would highly recommend his services

Paul knew the answer to every question I asked, and believe me, I asked a lot of questions about everything under the sun that was wrong in my house. I could not believe the depth of knowledge this fellow has at his fingertips! On top of this, he is personable, polite, and likes my dogs. I made another appointment with him on the spot to handle additional items other than the one I originally called for; this was a terrific experience.

Paul is the most intelligent and knowledgeable person I ve ever met! If he can t fix your problem, no one can! He is the real deal!
