Rob came and was very professional, looked at the job, took pictures, and I received an estimate in my e-mail the next day or so. I hired him to clean and seal my deck and deck skirt. He asked for $250. to hold the job and I would pay him the remaining $500. when job was complete. The weather has been wet so he was unable to do the job when he said. Totally understand that. The problem comes now that he has ignored my calls, texts, and any messages I have sent. So he has my $250. and not doing the job. I would NOT recommend his services! UPDATE: Rob contacted me through e-mail and due to an unforeseen, unavoidable issue, Rob was unable to reach me. I have been in contact with Angi- customer complaint department and I am waiting to hear back from them as to what the next steps are. I will update once I have any more info.

Rob was the technician that came out today to look at multiple electric issues in my house. He was able to diagnose issue quickly and had a game planned for repairs. He kept me informed of all the steps necessary and costs involved. There were no surprises and he was flexible even working late into the night.
