Requested a service with Speedy Air, they sent a Tech who charged me for (SERVICE, MAINTENANCE and REPAIR) of the AC, before leaving, he said, **it should be cold in a couple of hours**, he charged 350 and did not give any receipts for the service or invoice (like a thief would do right?). So, I call the company for another tech because the AC never worked as promised and the second tech said it did not work because the compressor is damaged and I asked **why would you charge me if the AC is still broken?** Why did the tech thief promise that the AC would work?, So, he calls his manager JEFF, and if you thought that the Tech was bad, wait to meet the Manager JEFF. That is when you will know that this company is the worst of the worst for me. Just a SCAM company with NO Costumer service. This rude manager will take your mone and will not offer any solution, will treat you as a thief would. You should do yourself a favor and look for another company and hope for the best.

Speedy installed a new air system 3 years ago. Recently we have had a problem with a blown low voltage fuse (not their fault). Speedy is prompt in coming to the home to resolve any issues. Michael Kiernan is great !!! He is very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, answers all questions, extremely polite and hard work. I have requested him the last two times we required service. The other techs are good as well. Michael, though, he is a gem !!
