Exceptional technical and customer services. Speedy came fast to my house and cleaned my dryer vent. Speedy cleaned all area around the dryer vent after it was done. I definitively will rehire speedy again.

Good quality and quick response

Exceptional! Their name is appropriate. They were amazingly responsive. They called within 2 minutes of my request, came out at the time we agreed upon, a few days (not weeks) after they initiated the call and went to work immediately upon arriving. They take pictures to show prior and finished condition. They are very thorough and competent.

This outfit is extremely thorough. They even showed me pictures of the results! They are also very happy and friendly. In addition, my ancient furnace didn't turn on after the work. They came back and got it to keep limping along without charging for the additional visit. Above and beyond!

Great customer service!. Plan on being home for several hours. I wasn’t aware how long it would take. They worked fast, but it was a lot of work.

They did amazing work, just very much on the higher end of the spectrum for this work (cost about $150-200 more than comparable service I've had done in the past). On the one hand, they did a much better job in a much shorter time frame; on the other hand, I paid for it. I'd definitely recommend them so long as you know that going into it.

Excellent work result.

A bird had entered from an outside vent into our kitchen fan system; was trapped and died. Speedy Air Duct Cleaning responded promptly to my call and arrived on time. This was not an easy job as the fan system was rather intricate. Long story short, the bird is gone; the duct was cleaned and sanitized; and the flap to the outside vent was cleaned and oiled. The expression of "going the extra mile" really applies to their service. They actually went to the hardware store to purchase a mesh screen and installed it over the vent to prevent a reoccurrence with other birds! And here I was thinking my next call would be to have someone come and install a screen. I also had them clean out my dryer vent. I have given 5 stars only because 10 stars was not offered as an option. I highly recommend them for their work; cleanliness during the project and pleasantness during the entire process.

Wilson performed a great job. He cleaned the air vents, ducts, dryer vent and furnace. Wilson was very informative, knowledgeable, and efficient. Wilson showed the before and after pictures of the entire job, from vent to vent. He cleaned all areas once the job was completed. There were no stones left unturned.

The tech that came in was pleasant and informative. Did a pretty quick job of the cleaning my ducts, which is what I needed pretty badly. After he left I had to run my furnace, close all the vents and open one vent at a time to force out loose debris I was hearing rattle around that didn't get vacuumed up from the tech. Seems like it would be something they would do, but not too big of a deal to do myself.
