They called and schedule a visit for in-home estimation soon. Paul showed up, measured, and confirmed the previous rough estimate he gave me. He promised to have the mirror ready to install in less than a week, and he did. Paul called again and scheduled the installation date. They had an issue that day, but he called me and let me know he would come the day after. They came and made a clean and quick installation. I compared his estimate with other pros, and I believe I got really good value for my money. Great job!

Provided free estimate and scheduled service quickly, did good job installing new single pane window glasses. But the installer did not call my tenant as instructed to schedule for specific time for service, and he just showed up without an appointment. The installer also came and go without any communication with either my tenant or me.

Paul with Speedy Glass was in constant communication on the timing of the project - from taking measurements of the windows to manufacturing of the windows to installation.

Manager, Mike, was very careful about measuring and taking time to understand my window replacement project. They delivered when they said they would which took a little over a week and the price was less than a previous estimate. They were a little late on the day of installation due to a previous job but other than that it was accomplished efficiently and courteously. I'd use them again.

The installer, MIKE, worked very hard and was very neat and polite

they were here on time for the estimate and were extremely customer focused. they even took off their shoes to come in to give me the estimate on the broken window!

I had quotes from a number of vendors, all were at least 40% higher than Speedy Glass of Kirkland. Alex from Speedy Glass is friendly and easy to work with and followed up before the job when he needed info from me. The installation (static portion of dual pane sliding patio door) was fast and the work area was clean and tidy when they left.

We do appreciate that they were willing to fix our broken slider door, where most others we contacted would only install a whole new door. The person who fixed our door was a bit rude to my husband and did not like that my husband was asking about he replacement process, etc. He got very rude when my husband questioned his pounding on our door frame. He also put the broken glass on our yard so the clean up was very difficult to get out of the grass. We have a small child who plays in the yard so this was a danger we did not anticipate. He could have put a drop cloth down. My husband did most of the glass clean up. Appreciate that it is done.

Our single pane dinning room window was broken by a rock throwing lawnmover. Speedy glass came within two days to replace the window. The only problem was the glass pane they had brought was too small and they had to leave to get another pane. They still were able to replace it that day. They did a good job.
