No issues. Fair price. Estimate and labor were done in an extremely timely manner. Robert was very friendly and easy to deal with.

First, the positives. Roberts was the only company that expressed an interest in doing a small fencing project to replace a low brick L shaped fence with vinyl to enclose the heat pump area. He came out and I briefed him on what we wanted done. He seemed to have difficulty understanding what we wanted, continuing to talk about a picket style fence when we required a solid panel fence. Because I wanted to ensure that he understood exactly what we wanted, I sent him an e-mail re-iterating the need for a solid fence about four feet high. He quoted me a price and I agreed to it. He ordered the materials form Lowes and once he had them called to schedule the job. He came out and introduced his co-worker. I explained the caution they needed to show because of the gas line and told them I didn't want the new wall touching the gas metering equipment. After a few hours, Bob told me that he had gotten the wrong posts for a solid fence. I told him I was happy to wait for him to get the correct materials. He then told me that he could easily modify the posts in order to use them. I replied that improvising was okay with me PROVIDED THERE WAS NO VISUAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CORRECT POSTS AND HIS IMPROVISED ONES WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETE. I explained I wanted a professionally done project and told him to look at the front and rear porches of the house to see the outstanding job had been done with the vinyl installed there 7 years ago. Several hours later, Bob said that he was done except for having to obtain the correct tops for the posts. What I saw was completely unexpected. There were ragged holes in the improvised posts where they had to fit the panels and varying gaps between the panels and the posts. One of the panels wasn't properly aligned with the post and a small v-shaped gap existed. The angle formed by the two wall panels wasn't 90 degrees. I asked him how he was going to fix these things and his reply was "Well, YOU could fix this by doing such and such. " To which I replied "What you mean is that YOU'RE going to do that, right? " His response was that he wasn't planning on it. That's how we left it at the end of day 1. I was so disappointed in the job that I immediately sent him an e-mail, directing him to obtain the correct posts for the panel fence, and expressed disappointment with the results so far. He agreed to do so. However, once my wife and son saw the quality of the work that had been done, the decision was made that same evening to cancel the project. I so advised Mr. Brown of this decision and paid him for the work done so far. I may be wrong, but I believe some of the difficulty communicating with Mr. Brown may be due to a significant hearing loss on his part. I didn't ask him about this, but his slowness in being able to grasp the requirements of the job both in person and over the phone could very well be due to such a

Robert Brown was exceptionally easy to deal with. He provided the winning quote and then pre-positioned the fencing material the day before and completed the fence in two days. He placed the old fence on the curb and City of Goose Creek picked it up the next morning. Can't recommend Mr. Brown too highly. He did a great job and was easy to deal with. Highly recommend Speedy Fence for everyone!

He was prompt! He went out and looked at the fence and came back to let me know what needed to be done. He gave me the quote and I agreed and he fixed it the next day. He was a great person with a great personality!

Not a good experience with this company. The work was not fast by any means (2.5 weeks) and the price was increased after the initial quote (although he allowed me to make payments). The quality of the fence is not good. It's already leaning in a couple of areas. The gate is flimsy and some boards have come loose. It will have to be redone...after only 2 years .

I was very disappointed in my experience with this company. I felt that entire process lacked professionalism, communication and accountability.

I called Mr. Brown and he gave me a quote over the phone. He came the next day to measure out the area. He was much more affordable than others and was able to get it done the following Monday. He sent 2 workers, Nate and Howard, if I am recalling correctly, and they put up the fence in about 5 hours even though it was cold and drizzling. The fence is very sturdy and even. I would definitely use again.

Reliable and professional. Quick with what I needed. The original quote was provided. They were able to get a cheaper product so quote was reduced. When they came to do the work they were able to use what was already in place so no new process were used and no addition digging required but was still charged the full price.

There work quality was very good and their time frame to fix my fence fell within their quote. The only small complaint I have was them not taking away the old fence material after the job was done.

Guys did a good job with a difficult gate installation. However, 4 screws were left out of gate hinges. one of the latch screws did not catch the brace it was intended for and the the drop rod latch was installed incorrectly. I also had to pickup several plastic bags that were left on the ground.The young man doing most of the install was a dream come true. He engineered an extremely difficult post installation with a high degree of professionalism. Minor caveats aside, I do recommend these guys for your fence installation.

Bob did a great job. I thought the price was kind of high but you pay for a great job.

Nice man,worked hard&long, but out of his depth. Replace 11ft fabric on orig. posts/top rail. Said would lace new to old,did not know how. Simply tie-wired to old. Left 2ft of old, deformed fabric standing and tied to that, not post. This left 6"tallx2ft.lg. gap at bottom edge. Owners small dogs were important concern for escape. Left old and new fabric debris in yard after 1st repair. Returned and corrected work in 4 days. 2nd repair better, but just adequate. $200 price reasonable for orig.expectations, but quality and time spent by owner dealing with rework made value less.

Robert Brown from Speedy Fence has saved my fence and saved me money as I won't need to have a new fence installed. He does his work in a business like manner and is a very conscientious specialist at fixing chain link fences and gaits.

Quick response - called in the morning from work and had a new gate when I arrived home in the afternoon - went a step further to make sure that all my gates were secure for my dogs - I would definitely use Speedy Fence again. Thanks Robert!
