Speedy Flow Sewer and Drain, LLC

Bill emptied the sewer line all over our laundry room floor without putting a bucket under it. The sewer water went under our furnace, between the bathroom walls, and underneath the washer and dryer. He watched me as I quickly put 25 of my towels down to clean it up, it was a total gross mess! He never apologized or helped clean it up. All he said was he has done many of these and we should make an insurance claim for the sewer water all over the floor. Bill then said the sewer water would eventually dry up and I could clean all the rugs and floors with bleach later. Totally unprofessional and a lack of regard for our home. Bring a bucket next time you empty sewer water at a home!

They had to cone back twice and then I called them a third time before my 30 day guarantee is up and they claimed the snow plow hasn't come bye and they can't drive their van .. my sewer shit coming up in my shower and I can't take a shower! SMH CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS THESE DAYS! ALSOwhile on the phone a baby was screaming in the background on a buisness call!

Bill was very professional and was able to fit me in the same day I posted with HomeAdvisor. He does not charge a 99.00 service fee like others do. Its one price for the cleaning and scope and that price is comparable to others in the area. After the cleaning they scoped my sewer line to see if any other debris (in my case, roots) may have been left behind or issues with the line...cracks, bubbles, etc. Highly Recommend. He offers discounts for landlords, seniors and military. I didn't know this until after he left and I read his business card. I'm a 15 year AF veteran so just ask.

What they did in opening my drain was high quality, however, I would only rate them a 4 on clean-up after their work. Where they reached the pipes was very clean, but the floor of the bathroom, where they touched my bannister and the sinks were left with black for me to clean up.

Bill was prompt in responding to my service call. The work was professionally done in a timely manner and we will definitely contact this company again when the need arises!
