Heat Pump Repair or Service
was responding and seemed very competent, no longer responding to get my parts reimbursed which i was told was covered by the carriers themselves. it has been almost a month that i have been trying to get him to do something, even before his cell phone was full i left a message, not belligerent, asking him to fill out the form and give him a call and he never responded.

I was very pleased the service and their price was very competitive. They were very prompt regarding my needs. I purchased the a/c unit on a Monday night and they had it installed the next evening and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Definitely recommend!

Before contacting them, I was shopping around and was very surprised to some contractors lack of knowledge. When I came across this company and the reviews they got, I decided to give them a try and I was very pleased with their work. Diaz seems to be knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Although the prices they quote me for AC tuneup was higher than many and I may not call them for this type of maintenance, I would definitely call them for bigger and more complex work. I would recommend him.
