Very professional.

The only problem I had with them was the wait. I was not given any time frame for them to come. I called at 11AM and they didn't get here until 7:30PM. The service man was excellent and would want him to come again if I need more plumbing. I was not happy sitting in my house all day waiting for them to show up. I called the office again around 2PM to see if they had a time and was told they would call 30 minutes before they came. If they had told me I was added onto the end of the job list for the day, much of my frustration could have been avoided. The quality of the work was excellent and done quickly when they got here. They need more communication between the office and the customer. I am sure the gentleman I spoke to in the office would not have liked sitting around for 8 hours either. All they needed to do was give me a time frame. They would have gotten all 5 stars if they had

Although there was a mix up with my appointment scheduling, they got a plumber out to me quickly. He was able to quickly find the problem and break through the plugged drain. Reasonable fees and good service.

Work was completed in a timely manner.

We had soooo much trouble with our dryer for the past three years and Speedy Sewer and Drian worked with my husband and together they figured out that the dryer vent was three inches lower then the wall vent. So they raised the dryer and put on a stainless vent . Now insted of having to dry my towels for two hours it now takes twenty minuets. Thank You , Thank You Thank You. Mrs M.

Speedy came out 3 hours after we contacted them and got the drain blockage cleared within the hour. They were very professional, helpful, and nice to talk to. They charge a reasonable and fair price. I can highly recommend them and would use them again.
