He was very professional and efficient. When leaving he noticed a nail popping out so he went back and fixed everything making sure it was safe and perfect.

My house was going on the market and I needed someone to step in where a previous worker dropped the ball. Being in another state I needed a person to get the house ready fast for an open house and do the work my realtor identified. 100% satisfaction. A true professional.

Jon has been my handyman since he started his business back in the mid 90s. I hire him (and his team) for everything and I'm always pleased with the quality of work and the price. He is reliable, honest, hard-working and fairly priced. I have hired him for may projects large and small including: siding, roof replacement, toilet replacement, faucet replacement, light fixtures, painting, gutters installation, tree trimming and more. The word is out about Speedy Z and he is very busy. But he always finds time to fit me in and when the repair is critical, such as a leaky roof, he is there in a flash. I never think about calling anyone else unless it is a particular task he doesn't perform. But that list is pretty small.

jon came out to the house and wrote up a quote. very friendly workers and they did great work. i would recommend them to anyone.

I was stressed my water heater went out and the repair company couldn't get it out due to some remodeling of the walls. I was desperate and Jon came out within 2 hours knocked the wall down for a reasonable price. I will be choosing them for all of our future projects from now on.

Jon and John did two different projects for me and were fantastic in both. They were projects of a different nature and the prices were very, very fair.

Initially, I wasn't sure I would've been able to find a contractor to take care of my specific problem - a faulty faucet on the kitchen sink of my rental house. However, Mr. Jon Zabinski of Speedy Z Handyman, Inc. gave me not just an estimate but what turned out to be exactly what he charged to do the job. He was prompt, courteous and his work spot on. I must also say, the job was done on short notice as well! I would recommend Speedy Z to all.

We were beyond satisfied with the level of Jon's work and the price. We had tried to replace our faucet ourselves, but the faucet was very old and we could not get it out. Jon came and ended up having to torch and cut the faucet free. He was able to remove the old faucet and replace it with our new one in about 45 minutes, and charged us a very fair price. I would definitely recommend him, and would defnitely hire him in the future!

Jon did several small projects for us on his first visit and will be back to do more. Great communication regarding scheduling and arrival time, smart ideas on how to solve the problems the most effective and least costly way, very knowledgable, polite, prompt, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced.
