They charged me $175 for what was supposed to fix an air conditioning. He told me he changed the outlet, charged me for the parts and never tried the air conditioning to see if it was working. After he was done, I then asked him if the air conditioning was working, he said no. He would have left without saying anything. He could also have returned the parts and not charged me for that expense since the issue was not resolved. He was not even helpful in trying to find another solution. Rather, I totally wasted the $175 that he charged me and I got nothing for it. Very disappointing and do not know if I would hire someone again through Home Advisors.
