My only issue was their arrival time was a bit unpredictable. The explanation was a mechanical problem with their truck and I accepted this at face value and continue to give a good rating and will call them again when needed.

Will had great customer service. He was very polite and was very knowledgeable about my over the range microwave. I was disappointed in Sears when they could not get the job done and I had to wait for months for responses and my replacement microwave. This company had an opening in the same week and they were on time for my appointment! Highly recommend this company, Will is easy to work with, flexible, and has reasonable prices! Great customer service and over the top expedition of the job.

Split unit AC stopped working, which caused our other units to stop working. Speers Commercial and Residential Appliance Repair reached out to us right away through Home Advisor, and they were able to get a technician out to us the very next day. Thomas, the repair tech, showed up promptly the next day and was able to quickly assess that we had a coolant leak in one of the units. It was the Friday of a three-day weekend, so we wouldn't be able to get a new unit until Tuesday, but Thomas and William assured me they would get the unit right away and get the work done quickly. They were true to their words, and Thomas performed the work quickly and efficiently. William was also nice enough to reach out to use the day prior to the repair work to reassure us they would have our unit installed the next day, and he quote me a rate that was more than reasonable. I've dealt with three separate companies prior to this to have various work done on our AC units, from repairs to cleaning, and I can say unequivocally that William and his team are the best. Not only are they friendly and professional, but they are fast and efficient, and very affordable. I'm sticking with these guys from now on.

Owner Will called me with a fair quote very quickly after I sent in my request via HAâ s website and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Work ethics is very good and the work is done very professionally. I had Thomas and he was very prompt, patient and gave good advice on future maintenance tips as well.

I am a Senior Vietnam Veteran on a fixed income. The technician was very courteous and professional.Recommended that a new unit would be cheaper to purchase rather than fixing current unit. Said I could use the unit as it works fine only that I would have to unplug when not using unit. Did not charge me since no work was performed which I thanked Will.

They responded quickly and communicated very well. Iâ m an out of state home owner so for me, not having hidden charges, having an easy way to be billed and pay was extremely important as well. They seem to have a lot of experience under one umbrella company but this time I hired them to fix two major appliances in my absence. Owner Will Speer called almost immediately after I posted an inquiry -- it was a Saturday morning and the belt on my dryer broke at the start of a cycle, and I had another load of laundry going in the washer. He sent a technician out within two hours and the whole thing was fixed an hour after that. He and his tech also had the foresight to bring a replacement pulley -- it turned out the old one was frozen and was the cause of the belt breaking. My 11-year-old dryer now works like new!
