Richard was on time and took the time to go over everything and let me know up front how much it was going to cost. He also was super informative and also let me know about the other services that he offers and was even able to give me a couple of rough estimates on other projects that we are interested in having done. Which was very much appreciated. The job we hired him for to clean our gutters and downspouts was done perfectly and so quickly. He was even able to check a spot on our roof near the chimney that we were concerned about leaking. He was able to recalk it for us while he was up there. Highly recommend Richard with Spellman Home Services. We will defiantly hire him for future projects!!

Rich did a great job! I unexpectedly needed a dryer outlet installed. I called Rich on a Sunday and he set up a time that worked for me on Tuesday. He came prepared, I unfortunately gave him a wrong measurement (All my fault, I was off by a lot!) but Rich was a pro and brought extra and saved the day! Rich worked hard and nonstop, even fixing another problem I had on the spot. Whatever the project threw at him. Rich always knew what to do and would explain to me the options. Rich always had my family's and I's safety as a number one priority and I can't thank him enough for that. Overall, the prices are good and there is experience and knowhow behind the service. I know that any future project or mishap I have, I'll be calling Spellman Home Services for the job!

Richard was wonderful to work with! He very quickly tackled the panel replacement, and was able to give me good diagnostics for future elec work as well. He even took on grounding and replacing some outlets in addition to the original project discussed. Richard is very communicative, flexible, and helpful! I will be hiring him again for some other projects around the house as they come up. Would highly recommend Spellman Home Services!

Rich is a wonderful and kind man that came out to my home on a holiday so we would have electricity. They worked quickly and know exactly what your problem is and exactly how to fix it. They clean up after the work answer all questions and explain things very well so you understand what is going on during the work process. I would use them again a million times and I will recommend them anyone needing repairs.
