update 7/16/2019 ..They did a great job I understand from other people, I got a great price. He responded quickly & retested my home to verify the home inspectors results. Came 3 days later to do the mitigation.

He went above and beyond to help me and I felt from the moment he met with me that I could trust his recommendations.

Mr Spence will be installing the fan and radon eliminating device today. I have confidence that he will do the job well as he also, as it turned out, installed my next door neighbor ‘s device.

I did not have them install anything, I only asked them out for an estimate. He was very prompt and professional. At this time he was unable to evaluate the need for radon system. (New construction). He said he would be willing to come back and test once Home is closed in.
