Exterior Painting and Staining Service
$36,000
ZERO STARS After being hired to paint buildings in our HOA, Joshua Spence left an unpaid bill for paint of approximately $3000. After numerous promises to pay Sherwin-Williams, he is now paying a lawyer to file for bankruptcy in an attempt to get all his debts to Sherwin Williams discharged. Even more egregious, while engaged in painting on the property, he collected large down payments from Owners for exterior repairs. It?s been over a year and there has been no work done and he will not respond to those who paid him. He has included these down payment amounts in his bankruptcy filing - so these Owners have no recourse to obtain a refund for work they paid for, DO NOT HIRE. This is not an honest contractor.
