From start to finish, the work was flawless. The painters were courteous, professional and conscientious. The pride that they take in their work was readily apparent and we could not be more pleased with the job that they performed. As a construction inspector for the government, I have to say that I was very impressed with the company and the tradesmen. Their attention to detail was truly impressive.

Kipp did a great job assisting me with my selections and was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions and options. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. Timeframe for completion changed around a bit but other than that everything was fantastic. I will continue to do business with them for any future projects.

Great communication!!! Sacrificial service (owners Scott and Susan work their butts off!) 4 rooms were painted in one day. They were so fast it was like sleight of hand!! Everything looks great, I am so happy. We had some big problem areas on the walls and now it is like nothing ever happened. Scott knew the name of the color of white on the ceiling just by looking at it! I thought that was pretty cool! The kids on the crew that came with Scott were polite and hard working. The only thing I am bummed about is one of my new area rugs has dirty footprints on it from all the dust from sanding. Even though they cover everything with plastic it is thin. I should have used extra coverings. I will be calling them back for the next round of painting! Thanks to Home Advisor for finding me Spencer!!

Equipment breakdown delayed work by 1 day. Otherwise, great job for a fair price. Would definitely recommend and have to 2 neighbors already.

Wonderful company !! Extremely impressed with their work ! I was a little concerned with choosing the colors but Susan had the 4 colors put on large cards to help me make my decision. That really made a difference. The painters were on time, very polite and knew what they were doing ! Great Company !

Dependable, professional, considerate, and go overboard to make sure the customer, as myself, is happy. The charge was fair. I will have Spencer Flooring and Paint be my painter from this day on.. I am only sorry I did not have the privilege of knowing about them sooner. In all of my yeas they are the only company that I can relax and not fear that I am being taken advantage of, money and work wise. They are worth a 5 star rating all the way. Great customer service. Friendly, responsive and accommodating. They installed laminate flooring in our family room and it looks great! Installers were wonderful and did an excellent job. Will use Spencer again for flooring or painting.

The whole crew at Spencer is absolutely amazing! Not only did I hire them for my flooring project, but also to repaint the interior of my home. From the beginning to the end, everybody has helped out tremendously. Kipp worked with me on floor options and brought samples to my house based off of the information I gave him. He was very knowledgeable about various products and was able to answer all of my questions. Kipp used a program to right there to measure out the entire house, lay it out on him computer, and give me multiple quotes based off various flooring options. They also have a huge showroom to shop through. Kipp was also able to recommend me another great contractor to remove all the old thin set I had under my old carpet. The demo and install finished two days ahead of schedule as well and turned out beautiful! I worked with Scott for paint options and his team delivered! Scott also came to the house to hear my ideas and was able to quote me onsite at a very reasonable price. He answered all of my questions around painting, colors, and made suggestions to ensure things didn't clash and that the colors would look right with our floor. His team came out and finished everything ahead of schedule as well. We love the way it came out and how well it looks with our new floors. Susan manages the finances and was a huge help throughout the whole process. I never knew how overwhelming it could be to choose wood, carpet, and paint colors. Susan helped me in the showroom as I dug through multiple wood and carpet choices. She helped to give me her professional opinion on how things looked together and with making my final selection. Susan also worked closely with us and their paint supplier to get sample color cards in various color ranges so that we could find the perfect color. Fernando kept in contact with me around scheduling and coming out to the house throughout the project to check on work along with the rest of Spencer's support staff. He really made sure that I was satisfied throughout the whole process and kept things moving forward. My overall experience at Spencer is like no other and I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to make floor and paint upgrades in their home. They exceeded my expectations and completed my project 3-4 days ahead of schedule. They all went out of their way to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you to your whole team for all that you have done for us!

I found I found Spencer Floor Covering through the internet. I contacted a few companies that had a 5 star rating. I met with Kipp (the owner) and he was Knowledgeable and Professional He came to my home in Brentwood and consulted me what type of Laminate to choose as well as giving me an estimate. I hired Spencer Floor Covering and they did a fantastic job. The Laminate they told me to choose was beautiful, The crew they sent were Professional, knowledgeable and Polite. Their workmanship and the way they paid attention to detail was incredible. I would recommend them to anyone. A guy named Scott showed up to give the estimate, he was very professional and polite. He gave me a fair estimate so I hired them. The guys did an excellent job with the exterior painting of my house. They were all very polite and respectful. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. High quality of work, and they seem to enjoy their work.

I spoke with a guy named Scott who apparently the supervisor. He was very knowledgeable about the work I needed done. Very polite and professional people person. I'd recommend this company to anyone if they need good quality work done. I'm so happy with the work they did.

We got laminate and carpeting installed by Spencer Flooring. They quality of the product installed was superior and workmanship was excellent. Customer Service is top notch as well. I hope to recommend them to friends & family.

Very professional. Called the night before to confirm, called the day of, in advance to inform that he would be approximately 20 minutes behind, which, I did not mind, because I appreciated the honest communication. Very punctual, arrived exactly when he said he would and did an awesome job, cleaning my sofa a bed mattress and my bedroom carpets. Great Job ! Very satisfied.
