Kitchen Remodel
Spencer is a nice enough guy and has pretty reasonable rates. As far as his work goes, it would be more accurate to describe him as a skilled handyman than a true general contractor. That said, he got a lot of work done for me at a reasonable price. My biggest issue with him was that he hires out a lot of tasks to non-contractors and some of them don't know their trade very well.
Response from Spencer For Hire
"As a licensed contractor I use sub-contractors for certain things such as: cabinets, granite, sheetrock and texture. I oversee the work and rectify any imperfections. There were a few details that had to be ironed out on this project that I did take care of in a timely fashion. At the completion of the project the customer was happy with my work."

Very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous at all times. This is one project that went of problem free. Spencer is certainly the kind of man you want on your project. When we do work in the future he will definitely be the man we call. Thanks ever so much Spencer.
