Spencer was prompt and very Professional, after he was finished he walked me around the home and explained everything that was found and Then sent me and my realtor a full report including pics of things that needed attention. Good Job!

Mr. Prodromos showed up before me to the inspection. He was very through and gave me an honest assessment of my property. He also gave me some great advice on how to fix up my basement. He did not rush through the process and looked over every inch of the house. He also gave me a price which I could not complain about. He is a true professional and I would hire him to inspect any house of mine or my families.

Spencer was GREAT!! He did a very comprehensive, quality inspection and took the time to explain things in a manner that I could fully understand and any additional items that I had questions on. Excellent job on both the inspection and the report. I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anybody in need of a home inspection. His rate was lower than any of the other companies I had checked with and I am very glad that I went with him. Definitely two thumbs up!!

Super punctual, arriving earlier for our convenience. Very clear explanations personally and on the phone. Inspected everything except the AA because they were covered. He did not check the electricity box because it was too late when we were told were it was... it was outside the apartment. Very thorough report sent in time, as agreed.
