Heat Pump Repair or Service
I liked their speedy availability best. They were called to solve a noise in the outside unit. Never solved, but did find that the fan motor not working out of warranty should be $ 450 actual $673 plus their annual plan of $192. Seemed like a constructed process. Oh yeah, the worst part is that they charge 3%. To use a credit card. The technicians were fine... Seems like a weirdo, to be able to sell larger ticket items

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable price air condition repair individual! The best AC repair guy I have dealt with in a long time. I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone. It was one of the few times that I felt like I was not taken advantage by my contractor.

Mr Spencer said it was maybe a three day job. It took 4. His employee Wayne was great. Mr Spencer was sometime a little difficult to get a hold of.Baoth he and Wayne are very professional and I will be calling them for future jobs.

The gentleman that came to clean our gutters missed the back section, which was a little difficult to get to. I called the owner and someone came right back the next day to complete the job. They were very friendly and professional and would use them again.

I will have them back for another project involving sinks and faucets. Keiffer is exceptionally talented. They are efficient and fair and competitive in there pricing The work was done in a timely manner and with detail. I also felt like I could trust them. I had 4 total bids.
