This job consisted of asbestos removal around Plumbing pipes demolition of boxed housing for plumbing pipes and sheetrock ceiling removal located in basement Cellar. We consulted SPES Contracting LLC. Brian - owner of the company returned our calls and came out promptly on 7-24-19. Brian was very knowledgeable polite, pleasant, honest and fair with; a reasonable project cost. He took his time and did not rush us. Explaining every little detail, process, and procedure. Brian also explained, what we needed to do in order to prepare the area for confinement. We call Brian several times leading up to the project date with questions and concerns. Brian answer every call; or returned calls within 10 minutes or less. We hired SPES on 8-15-19 and the job was completed within a day. Brian and his crew, came out, and did an AMAZING job with a FANTASTIC clean up. They also sealed our plumbing pipes and removed all nails from basement ceiling beams. Our family can not thank you enough. We were extremely happy and excited that we gave them a tip for the excellent work and clean up.
