We required annual maintenance on our heat pump and furnace. The work was done in a very professional manner and at a very reasonable price. He alerted us to a potential upcoming part problem that should be okay through this season, and can be replaced during next year's annual check. If it fails this year, he will return to replace it with no visitation fee. Pleasant experience with a very friendly and helpful gentleman

Vince arrived on time for our appointment, cleaned our air conditioner and furnace and informed me of a part that would be needed next season for the air conditioner. He also made sure I saw the problem that was going to occur with a/c fan start up. Efficient, courteous and friendly. Very reasonable pricing, and done thoroughly.

I had a kitchen ceiling fan replaced and a motion sensor ceiling fixture installed in the laundry room (plus a few minor electrical repairs done). Vince was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with!! He made some great suggestions for future remodeling jobs as well! Priced fairly for work done, I am very pleased with Spezza Residential and would highly recommend the company!
