Desmond [Provider Name Removed] the owner of Spice Island Construction is a Thief and a Liar. He stole over $25,000 which included the full purchase price of widows that needed to be replaced. He claimed to have ordered the windows and they would be installed by 09/16/2024 however this never happened. He is no longer answering his phone or text messages. The address listed for his business if fake and this was confirmed by the home owner. No one by this name or business resides there.
