From top to bottom, this whole Spicer team was top notch! Sales rep was no pressure, great guy and I felt totally comfortable with him. The installers were clean, very careful with my home, and just got the job done - very efficient! I loved that they came in with an entire team, several trucks, and had the whole project done extremely fast! By the way, I am NOT easy to please, and I was really ready to handle any of those "unforeseen costs", but did not have to worry with the Spicer team. Everything was upfront, fair, and no extra costs.

This is a company who cares about their business and it shows. Leon, the sales guy, was very friendly and professional from the beginning. He was very responsive to phone calls and follow-up requests. Chad the owner came with Leon on install day and was very personable and knowledgeable as well. They installed a complete new system (minus duct work) in about 5-6 hours. These are just genuinely nice guys who are experts in A/C and wonderful to work with. You will really appreciate their flexibility and attentiveness. Cannot go wrong with Spicer Mechanical.

Leon let me know that a wall heater install would be nearly the same cost as a whole forced air heart system. They were my first quote, and they were the lowest. They were honest, helpful and explained every step. They didn't try to up sell and they cleaned up after their work. The heater is fantastic and makes my house warm and livable. Chad and Leon make a great team and I'm thankful I found them. When I'm ready for A?C I'll be calling them again.

I have to write a review because these guys are HONEST and very RELIABLE. I live in an old Orange County house that needed a new condenser and the replacing of the whole ducting system for all of the rooms. They came and did a very professional job. I could tell they were honest and very reliable, plus they worry about making sure the whole system was working efficiently. I have to give it to Chad, he is just the RIGHT person you want to hire to do this type of work. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Came much earlier than the scheduled time. Had I not had the day off I would have had to reschedule. Was heading out to run errands when they called and said that they were on their way. At first was angry because I had the kids in the car and had to turn around to go home. Worked out because I was able to be home. The only other option that I would have had had I not been available would have been to cancel and reschedule.
