These guys are a Godsend. Just bought a house in Lincoln City that needed quite a few updates/repairs. Had originally contacted Spielman Construction just to do some interior painting. I had an estimate within 24 hrs and work started within a few days. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were very courteous and respectful of my home and my time. I had mentioned to Nick that I was having trouble finding someone I felt good about to do some exterior work (deck repair, dry rot repair, install stair railing, fence repair)... He mentioned that they could handle that and his boss was here within hours to review everything I needed done. I had an estimate on that work the next day and will be starting on that job soon. The painting job they did (kitchen,living room, dining room) was spotless. I couldn't have asked for better people to do the work. For any of you that have gone through a remodel/home repairs - it can be very frustrating at times... finding Speilman Construction has eased that frustration for me. I know that any work I need done in the future I will get a quick response, get great quality work, a fare price for the work done and last but not least - they are good people.
