Customer service Excellent! Very willing to work with my schedule and came on a Sunday! Arrived just a few mins early and was pleasant, easy going and willing to help where needed. I asked her to mop bathroom floor and without me asking did my mirror too and a ceiling fan and bedroom mirror. She was quick in her work...this was my first time using a service and if I had been better prepared and more direct in exactly what and how I wanted some it would have been all 5s. The ONLY reason for the slightly lower value in value is I under used her, and should have elaborated better in exactly I was expecting in re: to my tile floors. I would have had her spend more time there ( l did not express that while she was here and that was my inexperience). I hope to have her come back for future projects and definitely Spring Cleaning!

Margo was very pleasant and cleaned very well. I hope to have her clean my place regularly. However, I thought $50 for 90 minutes was a bit high. I will call them again.

Sarah and her staff accommodated our need to quickly turn over our beach rental property. She communicated with us frequently and arranged for one of her girls to clean the property for a next day check in. The renters complimented on how clean the house looked! It is a relief that we found Sarah and Spiffy Maids because we manage this property remotely; Ohio to Florida. It is nice to be able to rely on service that is friendly, organized, and puts the customer's needs first. Sarah is a doll and really helped us out. We will always use her maid serve moving forward.
