Roberto, the owner, does the work himself or with a man who has worked for him for 7 years. Roberto is one of the vanishing breed of workers who take real pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I don't remember my slate floor ever looking so good. He's prompt, very friendly, does a thorough job and actually cleans up after himself (another rarity). I have no complaints and plan to use his services the next time I need to spiff up my floor.

Robert Cali is a gentleman. However the end result of the job was not satisfactory. I was promised a mirror shine on the kitchen & bathroom floor. Not only was there not a high lustre but when walking on the floor 4 hrs later I find a greasy film with all my footprints! What now?
