Installer was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, very efficient. He provided excellent service and also provided information about what, why, and how he was performing the work, thereby giving instruction on the technical aspects of the procedures provided. I would say that he went "an extra mile" to provide outstanding service. Spirit Communications is HIGHLY recommended not only for audio/visual/TV services but also for any of their listed services based upon our interaction with the technician and the owner of the company.
