Installation from syart to finish was wonderful. COuld have used a little bit more communication but the project itself was GREAT!

do not do business with this company. technicians are consistently late and offer generally subpar pool maintenance services. on several occasions techs have arrived without cleaning equipment and failed to perform basic functions (like cleaning the filter), causing algae blooms in our pool. they also show blatant disregard for their longstanding clients, especially those impacted by the recent hurricane. when I had damage to my pool area, I reached out for basic guidance on locally-owned companies to contact for aluminum work, and was told that they would not make any recommendations. instead I was asked to pay a service fee just so they could come assess damage & subcontract out the services and get their cut. 4 other contractors (none of which we have any existing commercial relationship with) came to assess the damage & provide quotes for repairs/replacements and NOT A ONE required any "service fee" to do so. After reluctantly paying the service fee, I waited for 2 weeks for an update on when this "service" would take place, and in that time I secured a local company for our project. when I asked for the money I paid to be applied to my monthly service fee I was told that service fees are non-refundable & I was on the hook for it, DESPITE NEVER RECEIVING THE SERVICE I PAID IN ADVANCE FOR! I'd strongly encourage anyone considering using Spiro to look elsewhere. We were one of the few left in our neighborhood still using them due to all the service issues & steadily rising fees. Don't make the same mistake we did & flush thousands down the drain with this company. there are plenty of other reputable companies out there who treat their clients with respect.

Sarah works very hard to make sure that service is completed to satisfaction. She assisted with some issues in the passed and has made sure to keep communication open and resolve them.

Absolutely wonderful people to deal with. Very professional. We are about 40% into the pool project, and all I can say is these people are rock stars in our book. Would be happy to refer them to everybody. I can only give 5 STARS on this site, but if I could, I would give them 10 STARS.

The process will not start until December due to my house is currently being built. However Courtney at Sprio has been wonderful from getting us quote walking us through everything to the changes we requested during the proposal process. Looking forward to working with them.

We had Spiro modify our existing auto fill system. They visited our home to prepare their quote and on arrival to do the job found an even better way to do it quickly, saving us money and time. Jeff Spiro is the greatest. I recommend this firm highly.

They were very professional, they arrive on time and regularly every week. The service tech is always very polite and does a thorough job. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or remodel.
