Moved to Arizona, a couple months ago, and was hesitant on who could help me with my pool problems, and I am so glad I went with Pura Vida Pools! They explain everything and keep me updated if there is anything wrong. I trusted them the moment they started talking, and after a couple months of hiring them, I still trust them the exact same. Love their service!

Marcos and Jacob take the time to actually care about your pool and the customer!! They helped bring groceries inside when they saw my grandmother struggling. Just above and beyond customer service.

The staff were super nice! They responded really quickly about getting me set up with my pool servicing. As an added bonus, they even answered my random pool system questions with really understandable explanations. It was awesome seeing someone get so passionate explaining the stuff! I have used a bunch of pool companies over the years, and had a hard time seeing consistency with the quality of work. Pura Vida Pools has been consistent with their quality for as long as I have been using them! I don't normally write reviews, but I am so impressed with their communication and timeliness and service!!! I have used them for weekly pool maintenence, chemical checks, and a filter repair for the initial checkup on the pool. They also explained what they were doing when they came to see the pool, and made me feel like I knew what was going on with my pool. I have not hired a pool company like this before. Amazing people!
