Emphasis on “Pro” for Spokane Tree Pro. These guys have the best crew and the best equipment. The value (vs price) was amazing. We had a large dead pine tight between our Post Falls home and the neighbors - not an easy job. These guys showed up with a crane and the equipment and literally made it disappear within a couple hours. Five guys running the equipment and up in the tree - they got after it. Then they cleaned up the yard and street like the professionals they are. We had all the neighbors coming out to watch this “show”. We had an extremely tall Ponderosa Pine tree in our back yard on a downhill slope into a wooded area. The only way to get it out was via crane in the front of the home and hoisting large sections of the tree across the house to de-limb and throw into the chipper. The crane was placed perfectly without any yard damage, and the tree was gone in just a few hours without dropping anything on the house. The lumberjack in the tree maneuvered skillfully in and around the branches. The entire process from estimate to clean-up was done on time as scheduled. The last hour of work was done during a light rain and the crew proceeded as if it were a nice sunny day! I could tell that the men were extremely safety conscious and did not cut any corners. I highly recommend Tree Pros to anyone in need!

We recently had Spokane Tree Pros guys remove a tree that had fallen on our property that landed in a precarious position between a shed and another structure. As always, they professionally and carefully extracted that tree, without causing any further damage. In addition, they also skillfully cut down another tree that was threatening our property. Pretty amazing to watch their skill and care while doing the job. We've used them several times over the years with great results. Thanks Mike, Mike, and Ben.

This company is amazing. They were quick to come when I called. They cleaned all storm damage from the roadway on the same day. They were called in October after the first snowfall of the year. They were very polite and professional with an excellent work ethic. They were fast and super clean. Tracy was very helpful at the main office and returned calls quickly. She answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

What I expected and what I got were polar opposites. I expected an all day event and not as much picking up and cleaning the area. GREAT work ethic--employees treat others as they themselves would wish to be treated! Maria is super at scheduling: she fit in my small job with very little notice. Justin is the expert at removing tree branches with skill & care. The workers are efficient, but also very responsive to owner's instructions. Prices are very reasonable. Everyone on the team works cooperatively & takes pride in the company and its work. There is a high priority on customer satisfaction & repeat business. I can strongly recommend this company for jobs such as mine: trimming of selected high tree branches, removal of debris, prompt and punctual response. My neighbor has also been very happy with its work. Small home owners in Spokane would greatly benefit if there were more companies such as this one, which are able to do jobs such as mine with efficiency, promptness, care, & fair treatment.

This was a very large Sycamore tree that the roots were lifting our deck and a narrow back yard area to work in. The lift and crew worked great to remove the tree and it was amazing to watch, too.

They showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Did a great job in a timely manner on a very difficult tree.

Ben and his team really know their stuff! We were impressed initially by Ben's description of the work that would be completed (taking down a 100+ ft pine tree). Maria (Ben's wife), made contact when she knew the specifics on our start date. She stayed in contact making sure we knew when the team would be on-site. Once the project started, we were blown away by the professionalism and hard working nature of every single person assigned to our job. Our tree was in a tight spot that made roping down the limbs and rounds essential. It was a challenge met by the team. They were all very respectful, not only of our property, but also of our adjoining neighbors. The job was completed exactly as Ben described. We also had Spokane Tree Pro cut back some limbs on several "out of control" pines on our fence line. Again, they worked very hard and steadily, making sure we were completely happy with their work. We are. VERY HAPPY! Thank you, Ben, Maria and the entire STP staff! ;-D

Ben with Spokane Tree Pro is highly recommended! They were able to come trim the really tall trees along our driveway within 10 days of the estimate. It was no easy task.....but they made it look that way!! The heavy branches were over our vehicles and the roof of our home, it was so scary every time the wind blew! The price was reasonable, they were kind, courteous, hardworking and eager to make sure we were happy with the final look of the trees! We will call them again for future tree trimming!
