Sponge & Sparkle has been in business in Atlanta since 1981. We are a small, independent company located in Brookhaven with approximately twenty employees. We are a charter member of The Association of Residential Cleaning Professionals - an organization dedicated to upholding high standards for the housecleaning industry. Our employees are thoroughly trained, English speaking and have passed thorough background checks. In the housecleaning industry, the average employee turnover is 300 to 400% annually - meaning the typical employee tenure is three to four months. Our average employee tenure is five years!
