The ladies were thorough, timely, professional, and so friendly. Excellent attention to detail. My home hasn't been this clean since I moved in. I will be hiring them again soon for a couple smaller projects and will be using them long-term for routine cleanings.

I hired Penny and her team for a deep clean of my entire house, and I am thrilled with the results! They obviously take tremendous pride in their work and have a strong attention to detail. My house smelled gloriously clean when I walked in the door and I got happier as I walked from room to room. The kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling, floors are vacuumed or mopped, and the dust is gone! I have already scheduled appointments for Penny's team to return for regular cleanings. My only regret is that I didn't call Spot On Clean sooner.

The dry wall and painting job are not done correctly. They mudded over duct tape to repair a large hole.

I was not impressed with the job. The blinds were not cleaned and still shows the smoke. Michelle knew about the smoke and said it would take at least two times They only did them once and were not clean. Not happy with the job and would not use them again

They did a great job, considering I forgot they were coming. Nothing was organized. or prepared for them to clean. Clothes thrown on the floor and every counter was covered.

Im very disappointed. We have to have pictures taken tomorrow to have for when we lost our house for sale. I walked through my house with Michelle and told her I would like the walls and baseboard cleaned. We have four boys so the dirt on walls is noticeable. When I came home it was obvious walls and base boards were not touched, dining room and kitchen floor was not washed/scrubbed, bathroom cabinets were not cleaned, they did not clean under furniture. For $350 I had hoped for a near immaculate clean. That was without windows included. I will be spending my night scrubbing walls and base boards and the floor and I am incredibly upset over it. We have very busy lives and we stretched our budget for this service thinking it would deliver and it did not. I hope they will attempt to rectify it.

I hired these people to do a deep clean. They did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again.
