Performed quality work on replacing a water heater and bringing everything up to code by adding an expansion tank. However, I had no idea that this would be so expensive. For two hours worth of work, I quickly realized I was in the wrong line of employment. Overall, happy with the install and the techs were knowledgeable and very prompt.

Totally IMPRESSED! These guys have our business for LIFE! Ryan and Brandon showed up, were responsible, and they went above and beyond! I inherited the house in BA. I had a it remodeled and then put it up for sale. Upon a home inspection, the house had several leaks. The first leak was caused by the incorrect installation of a shower during the remodel. Ryan & Brandon not only fixed the leak but they also helped explain to the original remodel contractors what was wrong and why. A MAJOR leak was also found under the kitchen sink. It was so big, I had to make a claim on my insurance. Both Ryan and Brandon were extremely helpful in submitting the information and even explaining to the insurance adjuster what needed to be done and why. For a few repairs, flooring and cabinets had to be removed and they had to jackhammer the slab to make some repairs. I am truly thankful they were able to reuse the new flooring and cabinets since they were not damaged during the fix. Ryan even pointed out to the flooring guys that a vapor barrier might be needed once new concrete was poured to keep the new flooring from cracking. When I needed to pay my bill, even the office lady spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to help me. Finally, I paid with an old fashioned check. Brandon volunteered to come out to my home in Sand Springs and pick up the check. Later on, the office lady called me to say thank you for me helping them to get paid. I told her that I was the one who needed to say thank you for them helping me so much. After I thought all was said and done, Ryan sent me some final pictures of everything put back in order. I've never been so completely impressed with a company from start to finish! They all have 100% earned my business for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Spot On!!

I know itâ s standard to charge more on weekends & holidays, but the $250 was a hard hit but worth it to save the heat stroke I was about to suffer after the hours I put into trying to clear it myself. I am a licensed Journeyman Electrician with 36 years of experience in the trade. I was on a service truck for a couple of years and billed companies like Nordam. Never once did we bill over $1000 for a Licensed Journeyman, or an apprentice with a service truck. You billed a lady on disability $1950 for 8.5 hours of labor on a Tuesday during normal work hours. While using unqualified labor. The lead man was not even there 4 of those hours while the 4-month apprentice dug the hole. He was working another job... can you say **Double billing**?. For $225 an hour, you would think we would at least get a Journeyman that looked at the work... This is wrong and you know it.

The final bill was way too high than the estimate.Still waiting for them to send their assocites to come and fix back the wall opening and tile work they opened up to fix the leak.

Brandon was the best plumber we have ever hired! He was courteous, quick, did a excellent job at an awesome price and cleaned up well. And I really liked the fact I didn't have to wait very long for service.
