Spotless Carpet And Floors

A very nice fellow came to work. Our problem was soil and pet odor. He said he had the best equipment and special animal odor remover. After several hours work, and several hundred dollars - problem not solved. Terrible pet smell and spotted carpets the next day. Called another provider for a second opinion after the fact. A very well known contractor - they said we had a problem with only one solution, to remove all the carpets... so we did. This is the advice any reputable provider should have given us on the first examination.
