From the very first phone call the person was friendly n made the process of picking a date n calling later as a reminder was very good. The rug cleaning was so much better then the last company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Arrived on time. Very nice, professional operator. My sofa looks new. The drying process was about twice the time he suggested it would be. The fabric beneath the cushions was very wet. But it dried in about a day and a half. All is well.
