Spotlight Cleaning Services is a very professional, hard working team. We have a large home with two dogs and lots of foot traffic. As promised, Shante and her crew were extremely thorough. They cleaned every window, floor board, and even moved the refrigerator out to clean behind. I would highly recommend their cleaning services!

Id like to share some information about a company I had the pleasure of doing business with this past weekend. I have military sellers in NC who have not lived in their house in 10 years. Their home has been a rental. The last renter left the home more than filthy. We interviewed many home cleaning services in VA and NC. Myself and the seller's felt Spotlight Cleaning Services LLC was the company for the job. This weekend they have persevered through an AC breakdown (working in a house that is 92°), removing and disposing of left behind trash and belongings and alerting the seller to a pest problem. They have done all this work with a smile on their face and a fantastic attitude. I stopped by to see the house this afternoon. It is not finished yet but looks 100% better already. The company does charge additional fees for inconveniences such as no AC and having to make two trips to NC. Even with those additional fees the total cost to my future sellers is less than original quotes from other companies. If your clients need a move in or move out cleaning PLEASE consider this company. In 21 years in real estate I have never encountered a company this good. I am so impressed with this company! They were very responsive when I requested pricing and continued to Follow up with me to earn my business. After they explained what was included in my move out cleaning I decided to go with them because of the comprehensiveness of their service and attention to detail. They were extremely polite and professional and the job that they did on the house was absolutely perfection. I so appreciate how they helped me with my move out cleaning! Worth every penny.

From first contact Shante was very professional. I was hiring them to do a deep clean for an apartment move out. She completely mapped out the work they do for the cost. Upon completion Shante sent pictures and informed me that all was complete. I did not see the finished product until the next day.
