Mike came out the day I contacted him and was very helpful in explaining what the problem was!

Mike was so nice! Prompt and a true professional. Refrigerator was finally up and running, after having terrible customer service from Sears with no regard for scheduling a need for immediate service. Now I have a appliance repair service I can count on and would highly recommend.

Mike was very timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained each step necessary to fix the stove, pointers to keep up with cleaning, and showed me what was causing the problem. He fixed it, cleaned up after himself, and offered a fair repair price. We will be contacting Mike for any future repairs needed!

Super nice, professional and prompt! Mike is amazing and got my washer back up and running quickly. Being new to the area I don't have people I can count on to help when something breaks. Now I do. Mike offered a quick tutorial on how to use my washer efficiently. All in all his company really excels in customer service!

Mike responded immediately to my request. Once he arrived at my house, it was immediately apparent that he KNEW EVERYTHING THERE WAS TO KNOW ABOUT MY LG WASHING MACHINE. In a few minutes, he found and fixed the problem, and his charge was FAR below any service I have ever had competed at my house. THANKS, MIKE. This is THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

I explained the problem with my cooktop in the Home Advisor request for a quote. By the time we spoke (which was wasn't much since he responded so quickly), he had already started researching the problem and sourcing the parts. He came out made sure his diagnosis was correct and that he could order all of the parts at the same time. Experienced, knowledgeable, obvious pride in his work and a true care and concern for his customers.

Very friendly and offered lots of advice. Had to order parts to complete the repair but he kept me informed through out the process.

Mike looked for the real cause of the problem with my refrigerator, which was not quickly evident. He found and fixed the problem. I was charged nothing until the problem was repaired. He came out several times to check on everything. His fees were reasonable, he takes pride in his work, and I highly recommend him.

1st: Mike is the nicest man I've come across in ages! My fridge stopped working in the garage so I called Mike and he came out the very next day! He inspected the situation and determined which part to order. He came back and installed it but my poor fridge still didn't work, so he figured out what other part to order. He jumped right on that order and that 2nd part was the very last available in the multi state area! Tragically, after 3 trips and a lot of trouble shooting, Mike determined that my problem was internal wiring and was best to replace than repair. When I came to him with my attempt to pay him for his time, Mike just said to apply the money towards the purchase of another. I broke into tears and hugged him!!!! I can't express what a memorable experience Mike has left me and I will ALWAYS refer him to anyone whom asks and will ALWAYS hire him for anything I may ever need! God Bless Mike!

Great customer service and work

Very Friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair the dryer without having to use a bunch of expensive parts.

Labor prices seemed fair. Mike did a lot of leg work to locate the hard to find parts for my refrigerator. He kept me informed about order and shipping status. I hope not to have to but I would DEFINITELY use him again.

He found the problem, explained the fix in detail and then gave us a not to exceed price. We hired him and he explained what he was doing step by step until the job was finish. Great job!

Great service, great work, great attitude

Very personable/friendly. Showed up on time. Really liked that he had made a few diagnostic tools of his own to speed up the process - pretty creative. He fixed our microwave, cleaned out our Fisher Paykel double drawer dishwasher (and provided a few very good tips that no one else had ever mentioned that may resolve the issues we have had with the dishwasher), and trouble shot our Electrolux Icon built in oven. Very pleased with the service, his honesty/integrity, and that he is willing to share his knowledge to help mitigate future issues. Would/will definitely hire him again if anything else breaks.

This is the real magic Mike. He is the most competent, professional, and pleasant appliance repair person I have ever dealt with. He returned my call within minutes of me calling him. He came out the next day and diagnosed a potentially difficult problem, ordered a part that was not easy to obtain and then came back immediately after receiving the part to complete the repair. Mike lives and breathes appliances so he provided us excellent advice regarding maintaining our other appliances. The cost for the repair was extremely reasonable. He is our guy and we would not have found him without HomeAdvisor.

Mike came out same day we called him. Turned out we had put a soapy dish in dishwasher which caused sudsing and water leaking. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately. and made sure dishwasher was running fine before he left. Didn't charge us! Will definitely call him for any future appliance issue.

He thoroughly tested the dryer and fixed it and gave me an excellent recommendation on the issue I had with my microwave.
