Joe does not respond to emails, did not complete the entire project as he had proposed, increased prices on us midway through the project because he "forgot" to tell us something, and now is refusing to return our deposit for the unused portion of the project. His business practices are very sneaky and immoral.

Quick estimate turn around time. Once I signed the proposal and sent deposit, I expected to hear from them, but I ended up having to reach out first. Scheduling was the only issue because my appointment was moved a few times, and I just had to keep making sure work would approve my work from home request for the day.

SPI came out, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a fair amount of time. My project took place at peak season so their schedule was very full but did very well to fill my request as soon as was allowable. The job was complete and cleaned up when I returned from work that day
