Wish I had heard about this company a year ago. Very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. Will use them again for other projects that are coming up in the very near future. They are great.

They gave me very good service. They made sure to enclose the attic space so the impact on the household was minimal. The personnel were very pleasant to deal with. When I had to have the old insulation removed, they did the work quickly and cleanly. There was no residue in the house. I recommend them highly.

The installation crew was very efficient and went to the extra effort to cover a couple of holes in the floor of the attic. They were very pleasant to work with. I will be calling them in the future.

Pros...On time for install appointment. Professional, friendly, and neat work. Honored the job quote almost a year after quote given. Cons...Receipt not given at end of service. Had to wait almost two weeks before it was emailed to us.

I am disappointed because they failed to clean up their mess...they left it for my family to clean up. It was my understanding they would clean up after themselves....this was not the case. I feel they owe a partial refund for the mess they left and someone had to take the time (which cost) to clean it up for them. UPDATE: Troy contacted me to offer to make it right. As of this date, they have done nothing to make it right. Troy wrote that he told my sister that some of the insulation would fall off. I can understand that but this is piles of insulation not just some that drifted from the ceiling. I willing to send pictures if anyone would like to see.

The contractor sprayed insulation on my ceiling and did the job wrong. The contractor was reinburesd for the chemicals and offered to do it for free. He also said he would do the interior walls for free, and did not. The contractor promised me to come back and re-do the job without no extra charge. After the contractor promised me he was going to he has failed to return my calls. The contractor did pick up the phone when I called with a different phone number. He would answer those differnet but not mine. After the storm came I gave him another week, he eventually answered after I called him several times. While I allowed him additional 3 days he started to ignore me again.
