I recently had John from Liquia Roof out for an estimate after seeing the great work he did on my neighbor's house. I was really impressed to learn it’s a patented product; the application actually puts granules back onto the shingles, and my roof is at the perfect age for it. The best part is it's about half the cost of a roof replacement. A major benefit is that you can also change the color, which my wife really liked. Between the technology, the aesthetic options, and the solid warranty, I’m very impressed.

I had Liquaroof applied to my asphalt shingle roof. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they changed the color! With this product I don't understand why anyone would do a traditional shingle roof anymore. This product has a 15-year warranty, can change the color and was only about 50% the cost of a new roof.
