When I asked the owner how much his service fee was, he let me know that he does not charge one if I'm in the service area. I told him that I had called others that charged a $150 fee and would apply it to the service if I chose to go with them. The owner explained that this was not how he did business, and that because I was in the service area he could get me a free quote and then I could decide. I appreciated his candidness and that he provides free quotes. I'd choose Spring Branch Plumbing again.

Replace kitchen faucet. Work was completed and everything was tested with great results. The faucet installed it was a complex one so I would say that in less than an hour, the new faucet was installed and test. This performance is great. They did an excellent job.

The professionals work is great, we haven't needed to have his work redone. If the professional couldn't come, he would call me and tell me; kept me updated. The professional thinks of his customers, after he had to re-schedule he came out the day we agreed upon; he didn't re-schedule the appointment again.

They were on time, unclogged the kitchen drain line and tested the line (3) times to make sure there was no longer an obstruction. We will hire this business in the future.
