I am ecstatic with the work Aviv and his team did for my townhouse! They did beautiful recessed lighting, added a step in my living room to get into my split level dining room, and retiled my fireplace. Aviv was so fast, so communicative, and gently walked me through the options with the utmost kindness and care. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends!

I had the best experience hiring these guys. I needed to redo our garage and turn it into a guest house. The results are unbelievable, it looks better than I could imagine, everything from design to finishing is perfect. Aviv made sure all my requests were met, I felt I was in good hands all along the way. The work was done on time and for a better price than other offers I got from companies I met with. I'm so happy I chose this company, I highly recommend them if you want the best results.

Aviv and the whole crew continue to treat us like family way after the job is done. They completely transformed our 1923 Spanish style bungalow into a modern yet rustic, open floorplan, high ceilings, authentic, brand spanking new Spanish style home! Every step of the way, they included us in the process, made us feel like our voices were heard, but held just the right amount of healthy tension when they had valuable opinions that ultimately were the right decisions regarding quality. Throughout the entire process, Aviv kept reminding me that he understood the "why" behind it all. He knew who i was, what my version of "perfect" looked like, what our first home meant to my family, and what a dream home meant to my wife and I. Every time the team has needed to stand behind they're work, they are at the house the next day. What's most impressive are all the little improvements they made to bring out the hidden beauty from the house (and lets be honest, make it feel brand new!). They even got us a basketball hoop and hung it above the garage...need I say more! People come to my house, and they freak out at the transformation that occurred in such a short period of time, for a damn good value! Aviv and his team at Spring Construction have been amazing. We went through a very painful experience of our condo flooding due to a neighbor's leak and they made the whole experience painless. His positive attitude really helped get us through such a taxing time! And then to see the incredible craftsmanship of their work was the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a general contractor to stay on budget, do outstanding work and generally care about their customers then you can't go wrong with Spring Construction!

We've heard many horror stories with contractors but figured we at least knew where Aviv lived so we took a chance! We are glad we did. From the beginning, Aviv worked with our budget (first time homeowners) and promised to meet our extremely tight timeline as we were expecting (now born) a baby. We started with a flip of the kitchen, but after working closely with Aviv we expanded our scope to re-tiling a bathroom, re-finishing hardwood floors, and completing a re-wiring of the home + recessed lighting. His prices are competitive and everyone is amazed how much we did in <2 months. We've had minor repairs post move-in and Aviv has worked with us to take care of these issues. We plan to hire Spring Construction for future work at the appropriate time (e.g., ADU). Highly recommend!

Aviv and his team took on a sizable remodeling project for our newly purchased house, which included a full bathroom remodel, powder room remodel, installing a new central air system, sewer line replacement, full rewire, recessed lighting, floor refinishing, full interior repaint and a number of other small pieces of work. As first time buyers, we were nervous taking on the project but Aviv and his team were awesome and finished everything on time and on budget. Aviv was super responsive throughout and helped us think through the entire design, guiding us based on his experience and still keeping our long term vision for the house. As first time buyers this helped us make better decisions throughout the project. After moving in, any minor teething issues were taken care of quickly and easily. We would definitely recommend Spring Construction & Design and hope to work with them again for the next phase of our remodel!

I hired Aviv and Spring Construction & Design to remodel three bathrooms and two bedrooms. They also installed a tankless water heater, new roof and completely re-did the yard. Aviv facilitated with the timing of the various projects which allowed me to do remodeling in stages, as this best suited my needs. As you can see from the photos, the results are beautiful. One of Aviv's greatest qualities is his responsiveness. There were times during the remodeling process where unexpected issues arose and I developed some concerns. Whenever I communicated my concerns to Aviv, he ALWAYS made sure they were promptly addressed, no matter how small. I am happy with Aviv and the remodeling by Spring Construction & Design.
