Dave answered the phone and you can tell he is happy to talk to you. He sent a man called Jimmy and he did the repair and i was super pleased. I stayed out there the whole time, mostly, to watch and learn and Jimmy was so nice and explained it all to me. He was not afraid to answer any of questions. And he appeared to like his job!!!! I will only use Spring Generator in future.

They had already worked a long day, but were committed to getting me taken care of . they arrived at 4:50 PM and worked tirelessly until completion and clean-up around 10:00 PM. My husband and I recently moved to a new house in Magnolia. The previous owners had a contract with Grasten Power. I attempted to work with Grasten to get some work done on the generator. They proved very difficult to work with. I looked in this area for a local company providing generator maintenance and service. We found Spring Generator! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! David was soooo helpful. We scheduled an appointment and he came out, serviced the unit, got it working and explained how the generator is supposed to work. He was awesome!!! We signed up for the annual maintenance agreement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spring Generator.

Hadn t lost power yet but really pleased with the project. I had several estimates and Spring Generator was the only contractor who was on-time every-time. They did a great job of explaining the process and seemed to understand the codes better than the other guys. I have a narrow lot and their weren t many options, Spring Generator came up with the best solution. They were not the lowest bid but I felt the least risky. Each time they came to the house they arrived when they said they would. Also they called first and rang the doorbell. Having a whole house generator installed is a big project. Spring Generator was respectful of my family and property. They cleaned up during and after the project. I recommend Spring Generator.
