Spring-Green Pest Control

We had a mouse problem this winter and all of a sudden we had a horrible smell in our house and thought it was dead mice. I had no idea who to call so I looked on Angi. Spring Green responded right away to my request. They came out and as soon as their rep opened the door to our crawl space he said it’s not dead mice and let us know we had a sewer leak. He did say that there was mouse droppings all over down there. He went all the way around the house outside to try to figure out how they were getting in. He found four cracks in our foundation on the back wall of the house, took pictures and set traps. It was great having someone so knowledgeable and they’re coming back out after we get the cracks in the foundation taken care of which should be in the next week or two. He told us that we needed to get a plumber to take care of the sewer leak and I called Angi and they recommended a plumber who came out the same day. We’re so happy with Spring Green and everyone we found on Angi.

Service was good, but scheduling is hard

The expert that originally came to my home was quite knowledgeable, however, since he left I have NOT been able to get a follow up treatment. I am getting the run around. They have my money and I cannot get them to lie up to their promises.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. The technician was very nice and knowledgeable about the issue. The problem was cleared up within a week!

Anthony was very comprehensive on the phone with what I could expect from the service. The only slight issue was that i explained that I thought i had pests in our attic and the tech did not bring a ladder to access the roof or the attic and I had to supply one. Not a big deal at all but a data point non the less. Still happy with the service.

Getting it done

The gentleman that serviced the building was very pleasant and easy to work with! The gentleman that took the service call was very patient and not pushy and very professional.

They came out right away to accommodate my work with roofers. They've come out several times for a very active hornet. I've been very pleased.

They come every month to take care of those pests.

Our experience is in the early stage with Spring-Green Pest Control. Prices , no cancellation fees and sales rep Anthony Rios were the primary reason for our decision. I will follow up with a review after initial visit!
