Professional and willing to solve problems

I had a carport gutter problem and a house downspout problem, and a house gutter repair.. I asked three companies for solutions and bid. Only Springrock was willing to do that. Their cleanup was not the best, but overall, I would rate them five stars for their helpful solutions and timely repairs.

The sales representative was more helpful and discussed the gutter issues and changes way more than the other companies that provided a bid.

Poor installation of gutters that leaked, and downspouts that were the wrong size. Very difficult to communicate with, as there was confusion with the subcontractor they used.

This company was very easy to work with. They came in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. I am told that the gutter & downspouts have a lifetime warranty. Very nice people to deal with on the phone, very courteous.

Good quality, did what they said they would do. Had to reschedule estimate which slowed us a couple of weeks.

They tout that they hire full time installers, not contractors, but their installers are lazy. I could hear them talking about how they do not get paid enough and how they were only going to to a portion of the work I was paying for them to do on my house. I understand that people sometimes vent, but they actually did not complete the full scope of work for which I am now required to pay. I am working on getting the company to complete the work now, but they have rescheduled three times now. The managers are always courteous and willing to work with me, but I still can not recommend this company.

Great crew, right on time and did a great job.

Unfortunately it hasn't rained since the gutters were installed. That will be the true test. But the gutters were installed efficiently in 2 hours and look great.

We had a very small gutter repair job. Springrock came to give us a quote and the job was so small, they completed it on the spot. Good value for the money.

Service was prompt and sufficient but too expensive to only reattach tabs on downspout. Receptionist should have told me there was a minimum charge so that I could make a decision to get the work done by their company. She stated the guy would give me a quote. Which was true but tricky.
