SpringScapes did a excellent job in solving our drainage issue and install new grass in the front yard. They also adjusted a few sprinkler heads that were too low and replace one that was broken that I did not about. Christina is excellent to work with as she listen to what we wanted but also provided suggestions.. The crew did an excellent with the drain and the sod that was laid. I would use them again. In fact I already thinking of a job that I need them to do.

Christina was great to work with. She made sure I understood the process through completion of the Project. I would recommend SpringScapes for any upcoming projects. After the Project completed, Christina made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Our project was to solve the issue of an upper level in our back yard. It is approximately three feet higher than the rest of our property and is difficult to maintain. We wanted to find a solution that would permanently remove weeds and add some ornamental trees. We had such high hopes as Christina presented herself so well. Unfortunately, she did not follow through with what she said her team would do. We explained that we had really resistant weeds and needed a solution that would keep them from coming back. She said they would remove the sod and, therefore, the roots. When the day came, the crew simply trimmed the weeds down to the soil and covered them with fabric. I texted her to alert her of the mistake: ?Just curious...the landscape fabric is down and plants are going in, but they never used the sod removal machine. Is that ok To which she replied, Yes. We sprayed to kill the roots. Well, as we could have predicted, weeds have already come through, after only a few weeks. The other issue, somewhat related, was in the coverage provided by the river rock. The landscape fabric was showing in several places. It seems she did not receive all the rock she ordered. The crew returned to add more rock, but there is still fabric showing. Had they removed the sod, as we were told, the area would have been more level and the rocks would have covered the whole area. I do have pictures I would be happy to share if not allowed here. Bottom line, if you decide to use them, be sure to write down exactly what she says she will do and have her sign it before leaving. Then, plan to be outside watching the whole project and stop them if anything looks different than expected.

We had St Augustine placed 2 years ago in our front yard and looks fantastic! It has spread and very healthy. Christina was great to work with.

Christina's customer service was excellent. The crew worked very hard, fast, efficient and meticulous. I am very pleased with the results. I will use this company for future projects.
