Steve and his crew did a good job of trimming and hauling away a huge amount of shrubs and berries on our land property and finished it on time.

Steve and Trevor did a superb job on a large driveway addition. This job had numerous intricacies including the addition of two large posts for a wide gate, a new storm drain connection, and a heat pump unit in the pour area. Also the concrete was very near my neighbors driveway, fence, and vegetable planters. Steve had a fantastic and well communicated plan to address all of these challenges. I now have two stout 6x6 posts to build my gate on; a storm drain connection where I formerly had none; a hookup for another that I'll do myself, and they managed to suspend the heat pump and pour beneath it where others proposed pouring around it. I had a quote from another, very professional, firm that was considerably higher and did not do a good job of addressing the details; Steve's plan was far superior and the results speak for themselves. The whole crew was also very respectful of my neighbors property. As others have mentioned scheduling is a challenge. Steve and his crew are busy and the scheduling is fluid but Steve always returned my calls and gave me an honest assessment of the scheduling situation. When they did work they did so very quickly, much faster than another much simpler concrete project I had done a few years ago and with much higher quality results. Steve works right along side his crew, he does not stand back and let his crew do all the work. He did bark at the crew a lot. I think a few of the crew were inexperienced and Steve is very direct and has high standards. One of my neighbors complained to me about this but again, the results were superb. Trevor, who I think is Steve's second in command, is also a top notch skilled professional. In the end Steve and Trevor delivered a fantastic result at the best price out of three quotes. Be patient and flexible with scheduling, the results are absolutely worth it!

We were satisfied with their work result but their scheduling is worst. Our schedule was delayed over a week without notice since they were busy with other schedules.

Steve moved his schedule around to fit me in. He took the time to educate me about his plan for giving me a well built driveway.. the crew was so easy to work with and so diligent in their work.

Springer Construction completed a large drive way replacement and expansion. They covered all the permitting to complete the work. They did some grading work to incorporate my shop access with the existing drive way and garage. Very pleased with the job, overall I would recommend to others for this type of work.

Patrick M. IÂ m a retired union carpenter and I have work in the construction field all my life. IÂ ve built many homes and also worked on big commercial jobs. I know when a job is done right and I know when the craftsman is really good at his job. Steve Shaw is the very best at doing concrete work! He installed a 6 inch deep slab for a Large RV station for me. This was a very complex job with three different slopes that had to be tied together. It was a monolithic pour with an elevated deck and stairs. Steve worked on the job with his crew and they did a great job. Steve is the boss but will even pick up a broom and use it! I would recommend Steve to do your job.

They did a great job with the project. Very respectful of our property and our neighbor’s. They used our neighbor’s sidewalk and yard to get to our backyard. After the work was done, they did a great cleanup including putting together the fence of our neighbor’s and putting new bark dust to their side of the sidewalk. The project was finished very quickly and in timely manner. We highly recommend this construction company.

The guys at springer construction are great! Quality professional people who do things right. They are busy so be patient but worth the wait.

Steve was excellent. I had a big doublewide manufactured home, an old 30' bus, the back half of an old pickup and a pile (including a 50 gallon drum of soil fumigant left for over 30 years) to dispose of for a trust I am administering. Everything was a mess, overgrown with blackberry and wisteria vines. The manufactured home had mold, some asbestos, leaked badly and the flooring was ruined (sagging). Everything had to be demolished on the spot. Steve did an awesome job. It took a few days to get all the work done but Steve kept working until it was finished and cleaned up. He really went above and beyond for me, even knocking down and pushing into a pile some old blackberry vines wrapped around metal posts and wire fencing. I have already given his name to other neighbors and will do so again. I am so pleased and grateful for his help.

These guys did a good job for me replacing my cracked and worn concrete driveway. They completed the job in a reasonable time frame considering that it was winter and they had to be ready to go when there was a break in the weather. The concrete driveway was at the top of a steep incline, a steep slope and not an easy job for them. The owner and his crew did a good job and were nice to work with.

The driveway was installed in conjunction with new landscape. Steve did a great job coordinating his work with the landscaper. After the concrete was poured and finished, they covered the driveway to protect it from the weather. I'd not seen this done before. Passersby and neighbors have commented positively on the beautiful new driveway and the apron design which is a great improvement over the hump style which was originally there. I mistakenly overpaid Steve. He caught my error and called to say he was putting a check in the mail. I am impressed with his honesty and integrity.

Springer Construction was one of the most capable, competent, and communicative contractors I have ever worked with. From start to finish, Steve brought a can-do attitude, fresh, cost-saving ideas and great value to our project, thinking beyond what we hired him to do and offering exceptional service at every point along the way. I plan to hire Springer to replace our driveway in the near future and simply can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you Steve!

They replaced my sloped concrete driveway. Did excellent work with attention to details and special concerns.

The project was a combination replacement of an inclined driveway and addressing drainage issues. Steve listened to and heard my top concerns and priorities. He and the crew patiently answered my questions and explained the steps being taken. When I wasn't able to reach Steve, his assistant Trevor, always kept me up to date. They finished the project with careful clean up and final results look great.

Kept their word

Felt satisfied at the time of construction, but now very disappointed at how it held up. After 6 weeks of trying to contact them I have had no response.

Great work, though we did have some scheduling challenges. Good companies are always busy, and worth the wait.

Steve is a very hard worker. So is Trevor. Listens to customer. Is determined to find a solution. Easy to talk to. Meets commitments. Friendly. Good cleanup afterwards. Would hire again.

They were very helpful in adding curves to edge and creating a handicap access to house. Also moved my sprinklers. Steve Shaw and Trevor did an excellent job!
