We had one little glitch in the process, but Springfield Enterprises handled that in a very professional and ethical manner. We loved their work crew. They were speedy, did excellent work, and made sure everything was well-covered and protected during a couple of fierce rainstorms.

They Did a Really good job, but there timeliness was bad. They were a month and a half behind from what they had originally told me they would be here to do my roof.They put a rubber roof over my kitchen, and it still leaks.

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
When Jeff came out I thought he was profession and personal. I called a few days later to say that I would be hiring them to do the job. I did not hear from anyone so I called back a week later. He said someone would call to set the appt. up. No on called they just showed up on a Friday to do the job. They and I were lucky I was here or it would not be done. The men who did the job did a nice job and were profession. Not sure about the inside sales since I never heard from them.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing - Install or Replace
The porch roof was done on 10/14/05, but as of 11/14/05 I still do not have the factory 30 years warranty and copy of bill of material paid in full. also wrong size 0.043 of rubber was instal insted of promissed 0.060. now I have to find the name of the company and see what is the warranty on both kind of rubber. Unfortunatly I paid my bill in full. As of today 3/24/07 I still did not get the warranty.
