One of the first things I did when I moved here from Georgia was discover how cold my floors were and it wasn’t even winter yet! I called Springfield Insulation to take care of the problem by insulating the crawl space under the house. I had never had a crawl space, let alone in Missouri. Caleb responded immediately to my request, explained all my materials choices, educated me on the need for a dehumidifier and, on my request, provided a detailed estimate. At no time did I feel pressured or like an idiot for not knowing all about insulation. I accepted the bid and we set a date and time. I required electrical in the crawl space. Caleb provided companies from which I could choose. Caleb guided the process all along the way. Caleb and his associates were right on time, did an excellent job, and he just came back to assure everything was working properly. I highly recommend Springfield Insulation and Caleb.

I recently had Springfield Insulation add insulation to my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The two technicians who came out were professional and took the time to clearly explain the entire process before getting started. They worked quickly and efficiently, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up.
