When you have someone come out, you are depending on their honesty. I had 3 other services out prior to Springfield Plumbing. I received estimates between 4,500. - 7500. to replace the unit. It was a tankless water heater. We had just moved into the home and we couldn't get steady warm water to shower. Springfield Plumbing corrected the problem with adjustments and turning a dial and charged 135.00 for the service call. PS: The other services offered a free estimate so I went with them first. Springfield Plumbing charges for their initial service call. Obviously, it was well worth the money to pay for the service call and have an honest person come out as opposed to getting a free estimate for thousands of dollars for unnecessary work! Springfield Plumbing is my new plumber!
